The Benefits Coordinator provides internal and external support for YMCA Employee Benefits, including training local YMCA administrators on how to use the Benefitsolver enrollment system, helping with corrections to enrollment records, updating access for administrators, and assisting the team with other system-related tasks in Benefitsolver. This individual will also help prepare sales presentations and format benefits documents as well as perform other general administrative duties to support the operations of the department. A critical aspect of this role is to help YMCA Employee Benefits maintain compliance with eligibility and enrollment policies by conducting recurring data audits, monitoring carrier files/error logs, and assisting with other data quality projects as assigned.

This individual provides internal and external support for YMCA Employee Benefits’ objectives of continued growth and satisfaction, by working directly with customer YMCA administrators and maintaining accurate member enrollment data in the Plan’s eligibility system.
